Expertise

Capabilities built across development, consulting, and platform work.

These are the areas where I contribute most — grounded in eight years of hands-on delivery and shaped by working close to both business and IT.

  • 01

    Digital Transformation

Technology-driven organisational and process improvement, from requirements analysis through to sustainable digital solutions.

  • 02

    Process Improvement

Mapping and analysing processes — including BPMN — to identify inefficiencies and bottlenecks, and to create better ways of working.

  • 03

    Platform & Solution Architecture

Platform architecture and solution design that translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.

  • 04

    Automation

Automation-driven solutions, automated workflows, and self-service to reduce manual work and improve operational efficiency.

  • 05

    Business & IT Alignment

Business analysis and requirements work that turn business needs into requirements, user stories, and practical solutions.

  • 06

    Technical Leadership

Technical lead in customer engagements, acting as technical advisor and sounding board towards shared goals and successful delivery.

  • 07

    Stakeholder Management

Workshop facilitation and cross-functional collaboration with business users, customers, IT teams, and end-users.

  • 08

    ITSM & ITAM

Deep experience across IT Service Management and IT Asset Management, including CMDB and platform governance and data quality.

  • 09

    System Integrations

Connecting systems and data through REST and Web APIs to support automated, scalable, end-to-end IT processes.

Technology foundation

Deep platform knowledge, used in service of the process.

My technical foundation includes ServiceNow across ITSM, ITAM, CMDB, Flow Designer and scripting, along with system integrations via REST and Web APIs, self-service and automated workflows, and process mapping with BPMN. The platform matters — but it is a means to a better-working organisation, not the end in itself.
